Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective businesses to promote and sell business loan, insurances, LAP products.

• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate options.

• Explain terms, interest rates, repayment structures, and application processes clearly and accurately.

• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly.

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies during all client interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales preferably in financial services or business lending.

• For Team Manager required 2+ years of team handling experience.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
