We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. You will be the front face of the company in creating long-term value through clients, markets, and partnerships.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present and promote company products/services to clients through meetings, presentations, and calls.
Understand client needs and propose tailored business solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Negotiate and close business deals effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
Maintain reports of sales, activities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales/business development (preferred, fresher can also apply if skilled).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
