Key Responsibilities:
Tender Search: Actively search for tenders on GEM and Non-GEM portals to identify relevant opportunities.
E-Procurement Registration: Manage the registration process on various e-procurement portals, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
Clarifications & Extensions: Review and track tender clarifications, extensions, and qualification requirements, ensuring allnecessary documentation is in place.
Reverse Auction Management: Conduct and manage reverse auction processes as required for tenders.
Tender Documentation: Prepare comprehensive tender documents, ensuring they meet all requirements and are submitted on time.
Tender Summation & Follow-Up: Summarize tender details, track submission deadlines, and follow up on pending actions to ensure completion.
Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on submitted tenders, vendor communications, pending approvals, and post-submission queries to ensure smooth processing.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities relevant to the company’s business objectives.
Daily Operations: Manage daily invoicing, quotations, and order bookings to ensure smooth back-office operations.
Communication & Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external parties to facilitate the timely and accurate execution of tender processes. Maintain effective communication with clients in both Hindi and English.
