Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive growth in GIS and surveying services. The ideal candidate will have strong networking, communication, and sales skills, with an understanding of geospatial technologies and surveying workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in GIS, surveying, drone mapping, LiDAR, and geospatial data services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, private clients, EPC contractors, and infrastructure companies.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids for projects.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and create tailored solutions for clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPIs.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Maintain an updated CRM database for leads, opportunities, and client communications.
Provide feedback to management on market demands, client needs, and service improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, GIS, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in GIS, surveying, or geospatial services).
Knowledge of GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.), drone and LiDAR surveying, and mapping solutions is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings or project discussions.
