The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong understanding of the market and customer needs.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Present company products/services to prospective clients in a professional manner.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain an updated database of prospects and track business development activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Participate in meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote business.
