Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
Understand client hiring requirements and share them with the recruitment team.
Pitch recruitment solutions and create proposals for clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery.
Maintain proper records of client interactions and business pipeline.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR/Marketing preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales (Recruitment industry preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport with decision-makers.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
