Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth operations of the company’s financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, billing, and invoicing.

• Maintain and reconcile ledgers and bank statements.

• Prepare and process payments, receipts, and petty cash.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Support in GST, TDS, and other tax filings.

• Handle vendor and customer account reconciliations.

• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.

• Assist with audits and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments for accurate financial data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred (Freshers can also apply).

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, QuickBooks).

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
