Key Responsibilities:•
• Customer Engagement:
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and courteously, offering information on available products and services.
• Product Promotion & Cross-Selling:
Understand customer needs and proactively recommend suitable financial solutions, including purchase invoice discounting and other working capital offerings.
• Eligibility Assessment:
Identify the customer's eligibility for various financial products based on preliminary documentation and profile.
• Documentation Support:
Guide customers in completing application forms and collecting required KYC and financial documents.
• Query Resolution:
Address basic queries related to products, application status, and processes, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Coordination:
Coordinate with internal sales, credit, and operations teams to ensure timely processing of customer requests.
• Compliance:
Ensure customer documentation and communication follow regulatory and company policy guidelines.
• Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback to improve services and report any recurring issues or insights to the management team.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Finance preferred) / Open to all candidates with the right skills and attitude
0–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or operations role in finance, banking, or NBFC sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Basic understanding of financial products, especially invoice discounting, is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is desirable.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
