Roles and Responsibilities
· Lead Generation: Identify and engage new business prospects through research, networking, and outreach. Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients
· Sales Strategy: Provide inputs and devise strategies to maximise sales in targeted areas
· Client Engagement: Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand needs and present solutions. Deliver impressive product demonstrations and presentations
· Deal Closure: Manage contract discussions, negotiations and close deals
· Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities
· Reporting and Target Completion: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management in alignment with business goals. Meet or exceed sales targets consistently
· Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Skills and Qualifications Required
· Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical preferred
· Work Experience Required – 1 to 2 years in B2B sales in relevant industry
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication /interpersonal skills.
· Time management, organization, and customer service skills
· Ability to sell, negotiate, persuade, and influence.
