Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to grow our solar division. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, engage with clients, and help deliver energy solutions that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and online outreach
Understand client needs and present customized solar solutions
Educate clients on solar benefits, subsidies, and ROI
Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the technical team
Negotiate terms and close deals in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
Maintain long-term client relationships and support project execution
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales or business development (solar/electrical sector preferred)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and open to local travel
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Basic understanding of solar PV systems and government policies/incentives
