Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities in the IT/Non-IT/Captive/Contract Staffing domain.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
Build and nurture strong relationships with HR Heads, CXOs, Procurement Heads, and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and present tailored staffing solutions.
Prepare compelling business proposals, RFPs/RFQs, and pricing models.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
Maintain strong post-sales client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
