As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for growing the Centre’s outreach, partnerships, and client base. Your goal will be to drive sustainable growth through new client acquisition, relationship building, and strategic collaborations with schools, hospitals, and organizations working in the child development space.
Identify and develop new opportunities for client outreach and service expansion.
Establish partnerships with schools, pediatricians, hospitals, NGOs, and parent networks.
Promote the Centre’s services through presentations, events, and digital channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth areas.
Handle client inquiries, schedule meetings, and follow up on leads to convert them into active clients.
Develop and maintain a database of leads, contacts, and outreach progress.
Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with the communication team on promotional campaigns.
Represent the Centre at community events, health fairs, workshops, and conferences.
Monitor business development metrics and report progress to management regularly.
