Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, or email.
• Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer issues.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain customer records and document interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
• Adhere to internal processes and SLAs.
Requirements:
