Job Title: Business Development Executive
Company: FPS Logistics Private Limited
Location: Dwarka Sector-8, Delhi
Experience Required: 0–1 year (Logistics industry experience is mandatory)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and convert potential clients in the freight forwarding and logistics sector (air & ocean freight).
Build and maintain strong business relationships with shippers, importers, and exporters.
Understand client requirements and offer customized logistics solutions.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and maintain a proper database of prospects and clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, documentation, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth for the company.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare and present sales pitches, quotations, and service proposals to clients.
Attend client meetings, trade fairs, and other networking events to promote the company.
Handle client issues promptly and maintain a high level of client retention.
Eligibility:
+1 year of experience in business development or sales in the logistics/freight forwarding industry (mandatory).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of air and ocean freight operations.
Self-motivated .
