We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our admissions and customer support team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents, provide information about our hostel facilities, and help drive bookings.
Make outbound calls to leads generated through online platforms, social media, and referrals.
Explain hostel services, pricing, facilities, and offers clearly to potential customers.
Handle inbound inquiries via phone and follow up on previous interactions.
Convert inquiries into hostel bookings or site visits.
Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel.
Coordinate with the on-ground staff or admissions team for room availability and visit scheduling.
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with students and parents.
Assist in resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (any regional language is a plus).
Confident, polite, and persuasive on the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Google Sheets/CRM software.
Previous experience in telesales, customer support, or student counseling is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
