Key Responsibilities
• Lead generation & prospecting: cold calling, email outreach, networking, events
• Pipeline management: qualify leads, manage CRM, track progress and activities
• Customer discovery & presentations: understand clients’ challenges, deliver demos and proposals
• Negotiation & closing: handle pricing, contracts, and multi-stakeholder negotiations
• Account management: nurture relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell, ensure satisfaction
• Reporting & market analysis: forecast revenue, analyse competition, share insights
• Collaboration & travel: liaise with internal teams and attend client meetings or industry events
• Client : Handle B2B clients
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
• 0-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, etc.
• Strong communication, active listening, and emotional intelligence.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and adept at time management.
• Having computer knowledge and Laptop is plus point.
