MetaBlock Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Associate to support our business development team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and helping close deals for web and blockchain development projects. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the IT services industry and develop a long-term career in sales.
Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and networking.
Reach out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Present company services (Web, Mobile, Blockchain development) clearly and effectively.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and senior sales or technical team members.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and client information.
Follow up with leads regularly and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
Support marketing efforts with feedback from client interactions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (IT background is a plus).
0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in tech or service-based companies.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand basic tech concepts related to web and mobile development.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
