Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and building lasting relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and contributing to the company’s expansion strategy.
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and generate revenue.
Pitch services, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market movements.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business.
Graduate in any discipline.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, IT services, or digital marketing sector.
Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Strong networking skills and existing industry contacts.
Proficiency in English (verbal & written), Kannada is a Plus point.
