We are hiring passionate and ambitious Business Development Executives (BDEs) for Lokmanya multipurpose Co op Society in Mumbai.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities across the BFSI domain — Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, and Fintech.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client servicing.
Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM tools.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and meetings.
Graduate / MBA in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
1–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within BFSI (Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Fintech, Mutual Funds, etc.).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of BFSI products and financial market trends.
Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented.
