We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our growing team at Learn Growth Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through field visits and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field sales visits to generate leads and acquire new clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth.

Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Gather market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.

Maintain proper records of sales activities and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Collaborate with the internal team for smooth execution of client requirements.

Requirements:

12th / graduation .

Proven experience in field sales/business development (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle field activities.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

Willingness to travel for client meetings.
