Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Conduct market research to identify and analyze potential clients needing meeting pod solutions.
Proactively reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, social media, email, and networking.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate new leads and build a network.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client pain points and recommend suitable meeting pod solutions that meet their unique office setup needs.
Act as a product expert, educating clients on features, benefits, and potential upgrades to meeting pods.
Sales & Strategy:
Develop and deliver compelling, customized pitches and presentations for potential clients.
Prepare and negotiate business proposals and contracts to secure new business.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage opportunities, and maintain accurate client data.
Internal Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing department to align messaging and participate in promotional activities.
Work with product development teams to provide market feedback and suggest improvements for meeting pod offerings.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer consumption patterns to inform sales strategy.
