Roles & Responsibilities-
· Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
· Pitch company products/services to potential clients.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
· Make outbound calls to potential customers.
· Explain products or services and answer customer queries.
· Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
· Maintain a database of customer information.
· Handle objections and convince customers to take interest.
· Meet daily and weekly call targets.
· Attend client meetings, exhibitions, or industry events when required.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
· Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Required Skills-
· Experience 1-2 years.
· Good Communication skills and negotiation skills.
· Confidence in client interaction and field sales.
· Goal-oriented and self-driven.
· Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-based environment.
· Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
