We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving property sales. You will play a key role in helping customers find their ideal property while achieving sales targets.
Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online/offline marketing activities.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM with client interactions.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or similar field will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
