We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Intern to join our growth team. This role will give you hands-on exposure to sales strategy, lead generation, client outreach, and conversion tracking—plus incentives for every lead that successfully converts to a client.
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.
Execute LinkedIn outreach and follow-up sequences.
Assist in email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing.
Identify and qualify leads for our services—software development, digital marketing, websites, QA, etc.
Update CRM with lead interactions, meeting notes, and progress.
Schedule discovery calls and demo sessions for the sales team.
Support in proposal creation, pitch deck design, and presentations.
Monitor outreach performance and suggest areas for improvement.
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident with cold calling, messaging, and client-facing conversations.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus.
Organized, proactive, and performance-driven mindset.
Experience in B2B lead generation, client acquisition, and sales operations.
Exposure to real-world challenges in tech, web, and digital marketing domains.
