Key Responsibilities
Tender Identification & Analysis:
Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities from various online and offline portals, like the Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) to assess eligibility, business fit, and compliance with requirements.
Bid Preparation & Submission:
Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and documentation for bid submissions.
Prepare, compile, and standardize bid submission documents and questionnaires.
Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and adhere to company standards and client requirements.
Manage the preparation of documents for e-tendering and online portals.
Process Management & Compliance:
Coordinate with vendors and clients to collect necessary information and quotations.
Monitor and manage the tender preparation process, ensuring deadlines are met.
Check, bind, pack, and prepare outgoing tender submissions.
Follow up with clients after submission and monitor tender status.
Coordination & Communication:
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and address queries.
Harness the efforts of involved departments to ensure successful bid preparation.
