Job Role: Business Development Executive (Training & Learning Solutions)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Prospecting:
o Conduct targeted research on platforms such as LinkedIn, business directories, and
industry forums to identify potential clients.
o Analyze industries and decision-makers relevant to corporate training solutions.
o Maintain a dynamic prospect list with updated leads.
2. Lead Generation:
o Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
o Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-ups and
engagement.
3. Consultative Sales:
o Understand client pain points and organizational training needs.
o Recommend appropriate KPM training courses and workshops tailored to their goals.
o Position our offerings as strategic business enablers.
4. Client Engagement & Presentations:
o Deliver compelling sales presentations to HR, L&D, and business heads.
o Present training solutions with clear ROI and value propositions.
5. Negotiation & Deal Closure:
o Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
o Ensure mutually beneficial outcomes while meeting company sales targets.
6. CRM & Reporting:
o Use CRM tools to track interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
o Generate weekly and monthly sales reports with forecasts and pipeline updates.
7. Industry Awareness:
o Stay current with trends in learning and development, competitor offerings, and market
needs.
o Adjust sales strategies based on market intelligence.Candidate Profile:
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
o Certifications in sales, marketing, or training/event management are a plus.
Experience:
o 1–7 years in B2B sales, delegate sales, or training program sales preferred.
o Freshers with a passion for sales and learning may also apply.
Skills & Competencies:
o Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
o Strong interpersonal skills to engage with corporate professionals.
o Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and CRM platforms.
o High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
o Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
