Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Explain Internet, IT, and Cybersecurity services clearly to prospects.

• Maintain follow-ups and update CRM/Excel regularly.

• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / lead generation (B2B preferred).

• Strong communication & follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.

• Ability to understand technical services (training will be provided).
