About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our solar inverters, lithium batteries, and energy storage solutions. The role involves working closely with the sales team to drive lead generation, partner engagement, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and EPC partners.
Support the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and events.
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and follow up on inquiries.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Engineering/Business; MBA in Marketing preferred.
2–5 years of experience in sales/business development (renewable energy preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
