Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field (Commerce/Finance/Management preferred) 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, business development, or sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership qualities and willingness to mentor others Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently and in a team
