Roles :

• Make outbound calls to prospective franchise partners using leads provided.

• Introduce the company and franchise opportunity clearly and persuasively.

• Understand client needs and qualify them based on interest and eligibility.

• Schedule appointments and demos for the franchise sales team.

• Maintain and update CRM with accurate call notes and appointment details.

• Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion from inquiry to appointment.

• Coordinate with the sales team to confirm scheduled meetings and share updates.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.

• Handle collaborations with Meta bloggers and influencers, including initial outreach and coordination.

• Monitor and respond to DMs and inquiries on social media platforms professionally and promptly.

• Coordinate food deliveries from outlet to customers in D2C Format.
