Role Summary:
We’re hiring Business Development Executives to drive outbound sales by identifying leads, engaging decision-makers, and creating new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms. Training & mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify & qualify leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, job boards, and email outreach
Connect with decision-makers and pitch services
Research industries and build targeted lead lists
Assist with proposals, pitch decks, and client communication
Maintain CRM records and track activities
Stay updated on IT services & industry trends
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, BCA, BE, BBA, MBA, Marketing etc.)
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of IT services & digital platforms
Comfortable with LinkedIn, email tools & freelance portals
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent worker
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Internship/experience in sales, business development, or client handling
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive)
