Key Responsibilities:

Generate and acquire new business leads for the company.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with client goals.

Manage performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.

Track and report performance metrics, suggesting optimizations for better ROI.

Assist in proposal creation and pitch presentations to potential clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Marketing roles with business development exposure.

Proven ability to bring in clients and achieve business targets.

Understanding of digital marketing channels, paid campaigns, and analytics.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
