Key Responsibilities
Generate and Manage Leads and Maintain a Healthy Conversion Rate. Complete sales cycle including Generate leads, contact, demo, sales close and software training to new clients.
Strategic approach to retention & customer service.
Give Online Demos to Customers.
Answering calls and resolving queries about company products.
Share information about our products and services by following sales scripts.
Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.
Ability to mold sales pitch according to the client behavior & background
Ability to withstand pressure & work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Tech-savvy with ability to learn and explain software tools
Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
