Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company profiles on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc. (experience with these is a plus).
Identify, target, and bid on relevant IT projects to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and implement effective bidding strategies aligned with company goals to increase win rates.
Create tailored, persuasive proposals that align with each client's specific requirements.

Actively engage and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal technical and management teams to support smooth project delivery.
Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and emerging business opportunities in the IT industry.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Prepare and present regular reports on bidding activities, client acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
