Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Clinogenesis Research Institute. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Your ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and navigate the sales process will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base within the clinical research and bioinformatics education sector.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities. Provide valuable insights to guide the strategic direction of the institute.

  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Create and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients, showcasing our educational programs. Negotiate and close agreements to secure new business.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies that drive business growth and enhance client engagement.

  • Client Support & Satisfaction: Ensure that clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

  • Sales Targets & KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), driving the overall success of the business development efforts.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience within the education or training industry is a plus.

  • Languages: Fluent in Tamil, Kannada, and English (English is mandatory).

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and persuade effectively.

  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven with the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.

  • Location: Based in Bangalore, or willing to relocate to the Jayanagar area.
