Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Associate to join our growing

real estate team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate and

field sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage or coordinate with a team.

This role involves identifying potential clients, conducting field visits, and supporting the sales

process for residential and commercial real estate projects, especially in the North Bangalore

region.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct field visits to generate leads and build a strong client pipeline

● Identify and connect with potential buyers and investors in the North Bangalore area

● Present and promote real estate projects to prospective clients through site visits and

meetings.

● Maintain and update customer databases, follow up on leads, and support the closing

process.

● Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.

● Provide exceptional customer service before and after sales to build long-term

relationships.

● Stay updated with real estate trends and project developments in the designated area.

● Manage and guide team members to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth

execution of field activities.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

● 2-2.5years of experience in sales, preferably in field sales or real estate.

● Prior experience in real estate sales and/or team handling is highly desirable.

● Familiarity with the North Bangalore (Airport region) real estate market is a strong

advantage.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Willingness to travel frequently within Bangalore for client meetings and site visits.

● Proficiency in local languages (Kannada, Hindi) is an added advantage.
