Brainshaala is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives to join our Development Outreach Program (DOP) team. The role involves promoting our educational and brain development programs like Abacus, Vedic Maths, and Cognitive Skill Training to parents, students, and schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients (parents/schools).
Schedule and conduct demo sessions for Brainshaala programs.
Convert leads into enrollments through strong follow-ups and relationship-building.
Maintain lead data and regularly update status in the CRM.
Meet daily/weekly conversion and outreach targets.
Who Can Apply:
Any graduate (BBA/MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales/marketing experience.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
