Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional responsible for overseeing the entire tendering and bidding process, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting technical and financial bids. The role involves managing e-procurement activities, GEM portal operations, documentation, and contract execution in close coordination with management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all administrative work related to invitation and submission of bids/tenders as directed by the management.
Search and identify tenders through platforms like BidAssist and other relevant sources.
Prepare and compile bid documents, BOQs, and all related submissions within specified deadlines.
Draft formal letters, communications, and emails for tender and bid-related activities.
Handle product/catalogue uploads and updates on GEM Portal.
Create L1 comparisons for direct purchases and ensure cost competitiveness.
Participate in multiple types of bids: Bunch Bids, RA (Reverse Auction), Custom Bids, Product & Service Bids, BOQ Bids, etc.
Prepare and submit documentation for execution of written contracts with clients.
Conduct detailed study of tender documents, qualification criteria, and scope of work to ensure compliance.
Work with senior management to prepare technical and financial bids.
Manage E-tendering activities across portals (GEM, E-Procurement, etc.).
Maintain and update a comprehensive bid submission status list (qualified/disqualified).
Coordinate with finance to prepare EMD/BG (Earnest Money Deposit/Bank Guarantee) details.
Maintain records and filing of all contracts, BG documents, and critical submissions in both physical and digital formats.
Track and report project execution updates daily to the Director.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of all bid/tender documents.
Develop expertise in GEM and e-procurement portals and continuously optimize processes.
Effectively utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or procurement roles.
