Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential leads (provided by the company or self-generated) through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed memberships and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Identify and propose innovative ideas to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations.

• Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.

Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Basic understanding of fitness industry trends (preferred but not mandatory).

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
