We are looking for a Business Development Executive with prior experience in a language-specialization or localization company, preferably someone who has an understanding of subtitling services. The ideal candidate should be able to generate leads, build client relationships, and promote services related to translation, subtitling, dubbing, transcription, and localization.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the language services and subtitling domain.
Handle client communication, proposals, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements for subtitling, translation, dubbing, and localization.
Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery and quality checks.
Prepare presentations, quotations, and business pitches.
Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information.
Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Experience working in a language-specialist / localization company (mandatory).
Basic understanding of subtitling workflows and processes.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
Good knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
Graduate in any field.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in language services.
Experience in subtitling projects is an added advantage.
