We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about sales, relationship management, and market expansion. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and helping grow the company's presence in the market.
Identify and generate new leads through various channels (online research, cold calling, networking, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to align on proposals and client requirements.
Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and contracts.
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Track and report sales metrics, goals, and performance.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions (if applicable).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships are a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools.
Ability to handle client queries and build long-term relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
Internship or project experience in B2B/B2C sales.
Understanding of digital marketing or SaaS industry (if applicable).
Knowledge of CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
