Job description
- Attending inquires via phone or email
- Working on inquires received
- Sending quotations
- Follow-up to convert it into order.
- Analyzing competition and working on same accordingly.
- After sales support, i.e. calibration, repairing, testing, solving technical issues on phone or visit if required.
- Building good relationship with all clients and regenerating the old lost ones.
Required Qualification and skills
1. Any Graduate or Diploma, Pursuing PG
2. Candidates from Engineering field preferred but not necessary
3. Excellent communication Skills in English and Hindi
4. Experience-Fresher to 4 years’ experience
5. Willingness to learn, passion for sales, confident and motivated and effective team player.
6. Excellent negotiation and Sales closing skills
7. Basic Computer Skill
