We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to focus on acquiring and managing international clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth from global markets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural skills, along with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Identify, research, and pursue new international business opportunities across target markets.
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels (email, LinkedIn, networking platforms, trade shows, referrals, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to design and present customized proposals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business to close deals effectively.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential areas of growth.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
Represent the company in international meetings, calls, and virtual events to showcase services.
Meet monthly/quarterly business development targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional foreign languages are a plus).
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients across different cultural backgrounds.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of digital marketing/IT/consulting services (or relevant industry).
Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of proven experience in international business development, client acquisition, or sales.
Experience in dealing with overseas clients (US, UK, Middle East, Europe, APAC) preferred.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
