
Proactively identify and research potential clients (specifically targeting HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Founders) using LinkedIn and other relevant tools.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Outreach & Pitching:
Craft and execute a structured outreach strategy via LinkedIn messaging, emails, and cold calls.
Effectively communicate our value proposition, focusing on the benefits of outsourcing hiring mandates (cost-efficiency, speed, quality of hire).
Deliver compelling and tailored pitches to HR departments, addressing their specific pain points in the recruitment lifecycle.
Sales Process Management:
Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls and follow-up Video Conference (VC) meetings with prospects.
Understand client requirements, present customized solutions, and negotiate terms.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and onboarding the client.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Relationship Building:
Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
Act as a key point of contact during the initial client engagement phase.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: -3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation, preferably in the IT/Non-IT Recruitment, Consulting, or HR Tech industry.
LinkedIn Proficiency: Must be highly proficient with LinkedIn for lead generation, including using advanced search, Sales Navigator, and crafting effective outreach messages.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently pitch services and handle objections.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet), CRM software, and the MS Office suite.
Hunter Mentality: A self-starter with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong desire to hunt for new business.
Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
