About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Acadmus Edtech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from identifying prospects to closing deals—while building and nurturing long-term client relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure consistent communication and client satisfaction
Manage and optimize the sales pipeline
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for competitive advantage
Track and report key performance metrics to ensure targets are consistently achieved
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0–3 years of experience in the sales industry (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM tools is preferred
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Week Off: Sunday
