Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across our core verticals—Graphics and Airport Solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, proven client acquisition experience, and a deep understanding of B2B project sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in graphics and airport segments.

• Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients and government contracts.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts.

• Collaborate with the design and project execution teams to align client expectations.

• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and bids for tenders.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.

• Lead and mentor junior sales staff, ensuring consistent performance and growth.

• Regularly report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.

• Proven track record in project-based B2B sales, preferably in interiors, graphics, or infrastructure.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
