Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate and close leads for our security guard services. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Closing Sales: Identify potential clients through cold calls, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals. Convert leads into long-term business relationships.

• Client Meetings & Negotiation: Meet clients, present our security solutions, and negotiate pricing based on their requirements.

• Proposal & Contract Handling: Draft and send proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

• Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends and competitors to develop winning sales strategies.

• CRM & Follow-ups: Maintain records of prospects and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into deals.

• Revenue Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in security services, manpower outsourcing, or facility management.
