UZR is an expanding B2B e-commerce platform catering to wholesale and institutional buyers across India. We aim to offer high-quality, well-curated product lines. We are seeking a Product Development Executive to identify gaps, conceptualize new product offerings, and ensure our catalog remains competitive and aligned with client needs.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and emerging opportunities in our product categories.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for sampling, prototyping, and product enhancements.
Work with the design or branding team to ensure packaging, labeling, and presentation meets market expectations.
Analyze sales and customer feedback to iterate and improve product offerings.
Maintain technical documentation, specifications, and version control for new or modified products.
Assist in onboarding new products to the e-commerce platform (descriptions, images, specs).
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Business, or related fields.
Prior experience in product lifecycle management or merchandise development.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Flipkart Seller, Amazon Seller, etc.
Ability to communicate with vendors, designers, and internal teams effectively.
Hands-on experience with vendor sourcing or dealing with manufacturers.
Exposure to B2B product pricing strategies and quality assurance practices.
Visual sense or design coordination skills are a plus.
Research & Development (R&D) Executive – B2B Platform Innovation
We are looking for a strategic, insights-driven R&D Executive to lead exploration into new product categories, operational efficiencies, and innovation within our B2B supply chain. This role blends data, experimentation, and market knowledge to keep UZR ahead of the curve.
Lead qualitative and quantitative research to explore new product lines, raw materials, or supplier bases.
Run experiments or pilots on new offerings, packaging types, or fulfillment processes.
Collaborate with Product Development and Operations teams to prototype and test scalable innovations.
Track emerging technologies or market shifts in logistics, inventory management, or digital tools.
Prepare reports with findings, actionable insights, and implementation recommendations.
Work with leadership to identify investment-worthy innovation areas.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in R&D, strategy, or product innovation.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Proficient in Excel, survey tools, research methods, and market analysis.
Prior work in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), D2C, or B2B sectors.
Familiarity with lean testing, pilot programs, and agile experimentation.
Knowledge of sustainability, circular economy, or materials innovation is a bonus.
