We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the skill education domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, managing the sales team, and ensuring the branch meets its revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for education and the ability to foster strong relationships with students and stakeholders.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales counselors.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing students.
Address student inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Organize seminars and workshops to engage the community and attract new students.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure the branch operates efficiently and adheres to company policies.
Manage budgets, resources, and inventory effectively.
Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales management, preferably in the education or training sector.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in the skill development or vocational training industry.
Knowledge of local market trends and student demographics.
Certification in sales or marketing is advantageous.
