Responsibilities
Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Drive business through direct channel – no agency model
Ensure daily sales planning and tracking of team performance.
Maintain strong relationship with walk-in customers and existing policyholders.
Guide team on product pitching, objection handling, and need-based selling.
Conduct regular team meetings and sales huddles.
Provide on-field support to team members during customer meetings.
Ensure proper lead management and timely follow-up with customers.
Monitor productivity of each team member and take corrective actions.
